bodybounceback: one on one personal training

If you are keen to get back into fitness after the birth of your baby then bodybounceback will certainly help you to do that. It is a 10 week program that can be started six weeks after birth. Once you have a medical clearance to train, it is advisable - although not essential - to book into see a women's health physiotherapist for an assessment. Details of this are sent to me and I am able to incorporate exercises into your individual program. You have the choice to weigh in and have your measurements taken. Being a 1:1 personal training service, sessions can be tailored to suit your needs. For example, if you particularly like boxing/battle ropes/kettle bells, these will be included in your workout.

To make this great value for money, the class is divided into three components. First, you warm up on the equipment, then there is a tailored 30 minute PT (personal training) session, followed by some pelvic floor exercises and cool down. I am with you for the second component only.

 

The initial session is one hour long. This session includes; an assessment of your goals; instruction on the warm-up and pelvic floor exercises so that you are confident and doing them correctly; and a personal training session. After the initial session($80) the ten week program can commence. The ten sessions are $450.
