Bodybump gym-based classes include a variety of equipment such as the TRX, treadmills, bikes and cross trainers, kettle bells, free weights, bands, Bosu, ropes and fit balls. Depending on your level of fitness during and after pregnancy, each session includes a circuit with stations appropriate for differentiated levels. All circuit include stations that focus on strengthening the pelvic floor.
There is currently a small group fitness class on Wednesdays 6.15 - 6.45 pm (maximum 6) for $15. Most girls stay on for the aqua class at 7pm. Booking for the small group pt is essential.

Medical Clearance. Bodybump is required by its insurers to obtain medical clearance from either your obstetrician or GP to ensure there are no reasons why you should not exercise with us. Please click to download a copy and bring it to the session once it has been signed by your doctor.
