This class includes a variety of equipment such as the TRX, resistance bands, mats and fit balls. Depending on your level of fitness during and after pregnancy, each session includes a circuit with stations appropriate for differentiated levels. All circuits include stations that focus on strengthening the pelvic floor. There is no high impact.
This is currently a small group fitness class on Mondays (5.30 pm and 6.30 pm) and Thursday 6.30 - 7:30 pm (maximum 8). Booking for the small group PT is essential and is month by month. Call Jo to arrange.
This class is suitable for pre and post natal women. (If you have seen a women's health physiotherapist and would like to incorporate their prescribed exercises do contact me beforehand.)
