Bodybump gym-based classes include a variety of equipment such as the TRX, treadmills, bikes and cross trainers, kettle bells, free weights, bands, Bosu, ropes and fit balls. Depending on your level of fitness during and after pregnancy, each session includes a circuit with stations appropriate for differentiated levels. All circuit include stations that focus on strengthening the pelvic floor.
There is currently a class on Tuesday evening at Optima Gym in Mornington from 6.30 - 7.30 pm. Price $20.
